All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer standard international shipping for our products. 
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days depending on your destination.
- Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package online.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Equegroom is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
Equegroom is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to us directly at chendingyuan010@gmail.com so we can assist you.
